Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all functional consultants and related functional workstreams.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across all functional design, system configuration, and documentation.
• Review and validate functional specifications and approve key deliverables prior to submission.
• Act as the primary escalation point for functional issues and cross‑functional dependencies.
• Liaise with the Authority, project leads, and stakeholders to resolve integration and business process issues.
• Oversee functional aspects of data migration, testing strategies, and implementation activities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate executive‑level workshops and discussions when required.
• Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system specifications and delivered in accordance with contractual obligations.
