Syracuse University's Information Technology Services (ITS) is seeking a skilled and experienced Functional Business Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Campus Community module, as well as managing other ERP related projects. This position plays a central role in sustaining the integrity, performance, and evolution of the University's enterprise ERP environment and serves as a critical bridge between technical development teams and the business stakeholders they serve.

This is a project-forward role with approximately 40% of effort directed toward operational system maintenance and support, and 60% dedicated to strategic initiatives, system upgrades, new implementations, and ongoing accessibility and security improvements.
