Key Responsibilities: Primary role is to manage small changes (CRs) following the Quarterly Release (QR) framework and budget for finance and data domains. Serve as single point of contact for all of business needs and manage all stakeholders (including various technical delivery teams) required for change requests Liaise with business users and formalize/capture requirements and upload in eRequest system Provide initial L0 estimates to Business User Liaise with system analyst to get efforts for change request Consolidate initial prioritised list of CRs from the Business User and update in eRequest system for Impact Analysis assessment Review Impact Analyst cost quotation with Business user for final prioritisation Formalize budget for business segments and work with QR Management Team for Tech allocation Prepare billing to business segment for CR done.
