Eastern National (EN), a not-for-profit partner working with El Yunque National Forest, is seeking a Visitor Services Specialist with a strong work ethic to support our retail and visitor services operations at El Yunque National Forest. 

This is a full-time, hourly position. The Visitor Services Specialist must be able to work weekends and holidays.

We’re looking for someone who is versatile, dedicated and has a desire to learn and grow with Eastern National.

The Visitor Services Specialist acts as a primary point of contact for visitors, playing a key role in ensuring a rewarding, and safe experience in the forest through friendly and courteous customer engagement.
