Key Responsibilities



Manage real estate transactions from executed contract through closing

Coordinate with title companies, escrow officers, lenders, appraisers, and other parties involved in the transaction

Schedule inspections and maintain consistent communication with clients and stakeholders

Ensure all required documents are submitted and compliant with brokerage requirements

Coordinate moving, possession, and closing schedules
