Job Description
Lead and empower youth at Spirit of Our Youth, a Taproot Community Support Services program. This full-time Team Leader role focuses on supervising staff, managing operations, and ensuring culturally informed care.
As Team Leader, you will manage day-to-day operations in the group home, ensuring high standards of care for First Nations, Metis, and Inuit youth. You will supervise staff performance, prepare recreational plans, and conduct training for new employees. This permanent position requires a commitment to teamwork, cultural involvement, and continuity in program implementation.
