As a Floor Leader, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Store Management Team across all areas of the business. This includes driving sales, opening/closing the store, analyzing sales results, and leading training sessions. On the shop floor, you will inspire and lead a team of sales associates to exceed their goals, create a positive customer experience, and maintain operational excellence.

Driving Sales:

Utilize the StoreForce dashboard to coach the sales team, adjust shop floor structure, and meet/exceed sales goals.

Customer Experience:

Deliver world‑class customer service on the shop floor, conduct product demonstrations, and exceed daily sales targets.

Building the Brand:

Educate customers on Lush brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging) and host store‑community initiatives.
