Job Overview

Location: Dartmouth, GB. Start date: Immediately. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent. Base Salary: £10.00–£13.00 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of consultation‑based spa treatments and promote after‑care.
• Maximise the sale of retail products, receiving 4% commission on all treatments and 7% on retail.
• Provide reception, cleaning and building presentation duties.
• Cover weekend shifts when the spa is busiest.
• Maintain a friendly, welcoming environment for spa members, hotel guests and day visitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience: over 1 year.
• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (required). NVQ–SVQ3 also accepted.

Additional Pay

• Commission pay: 4% on treatments, 7% on spa retail.
