To be a Starbucks Assistant Store Manager
We’d love to hear from people who have:
- A minimum of two years’ progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer‑facing role
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
- The ability to lead effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
- Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance
- Exposure to rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L) reports
- A proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment
