**The Role**

We are looking for hands-on full-stack engineering team leads who are passionate about solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices. The team lead plays a meaningful role in crafting and maintaining the strategic partnership between business needs and technology delivery. This role leads an Agile team to solve complex technical problems that span multiple workstreams, owning the effort to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient systems and solutions in support of our core organizational functions. The ideal candidate will be able to design and execute programs cutting across multiple steams and using multiple technologies. In addition to managing the agile team, there is also an expectation to contribute to the codebase and deliver solutions against the sprint-level commitments.
