Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Backend-Leaning

Bookem is a booking and scheduling Saa S platform with a mature full-stack codebase. We’re looking for a senior engineer with strong computer science fundamentals, preferably with a CS degree, who can work across backend, frontend, database, and product workflows.

Tech Stack Python, Fast API, SQLAlchemy async, asyncpg Postgre SQL, Alembic, background queues React 19, Type Script, Redux, Emotion Docker, Kubernetes, pytest, Playwright Responsibilities Build and maintain full-stack product features. Design clean backend APIs, domain models, database migrations, and background jobs. Develop polished React interfaces using existing shared components. Debug complex issues across frontend, backend, workers, and data flows. Write focused tests and review code for correctness, maintainability, and production impact.
