About the role:

You’ll join Celara to help an established business go all‑in on agentic AI to transform how their team works. You’ll own product features end‑to‑end on their AI‑powered platform, from understanding the why through shipping.

The work:

The stack is mostly React (Ant Design, Jest) on a Python/Django backend, deployed on Azure with Docker and CI/CD. We want someone who is strong with agentic workflows, constantly learning, and has a product mindset.

You will be expected to lead through to a solution with flexibility and confidence. Some days you’re deep in React; some days you’re tracing product flows end‑to‑end; some days you’re poking at SQL Server queries or wiring up Azure / OpenAI / Anthropic infra. We care more about how you approach unfamiliar problems than which boxes you’ve already ticked.
