As part of the People & Culture team, you'll handle the full lifecycle recruitment process for multiple sectors, including hospitality and trades. Your role is integral to sourcing and onboarding talent, creating positive experiences, and fostering relationships that promote Onni Group’s culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively
• Facilitate onboarding processes and orientations
• Build and maintain candidate talent pipelines
• Keep recruitment database updated within Workday
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields
• 2–4 years in recruitment, preferably in multi-site environments
