We are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee day-to-day financial operations for the organization. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting financial compliance, and ensuring core accounting activities are completed on time. The ideal candidate brings strong bookkeeping expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to produce reliable reports for leadership and external partners.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage the organizationβs full-cycle bookkeeping activities, ensuring financial records are accurate, current, and aligned with established accounting practices.
β’ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice handling, payment tracking, and timely posting of receipts and disbursements.
β’ Reconcile bank statements, deposits, and general ledger balances to maintain consistency across all financial accounts.
