What You’ll Do:

+ Oversee daily accounting operations for multiple client entities and ensure each maintains accurate, up-to-date financial records

+ Manage accounts payable/receivable, generate invoices, and process payments across a multi-entity client base

+ Reconcile multiple bank and credit card accounts, resolving discrepancies efficiently

+ Maintain general ledgers and process entries, including intercompany transactions and eliminations

+ Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, and help prepare consolidated financials for multi-entity clients

+ Support our CPAs during audits and tax preparation, providing detailed client documentati...
