You will respond to customer inquiries regarding their orders, resolving them promptly. This role involves creating and maintaining sales and work orders, coordinating inventory, managing parts shortages, and aligning cross-functionally. You will track shipments and communicate updates proactively, monitor key performance indicators for order accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
