We’re looking for reliable and hardworking orchard workers to join our apple & pear picking team in Lower Moutere, Motueka. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that is essential to producing high‑quality fruit. You’ll be on your feet all day, climbing 2.4m ladder, lifting bags of picked fruit, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Responsibilities

• Dates: Approx start mid‑February 2026 until mid‑May. Candidates must be able to complete the full picking season (approx. 3 months).
• Position description: Removing excess fruitlets and poor‑quality fruit from the trees, using a 2.4m ladder.
