About the role

As a Front Line Manager (FLM), you will act as the single point of leadership for your frontline team, making key decisions throughout the shift to ensure strong performance. You will drive execution, uphold core standards, and work closely with the line structure to continuously improve results and build team capability.

 

Note: This is 12 hour shift based position/ including day and night shift
