What You'll Be Doing
What You Need to Qualify
- Managing front office operations welcoming visitors, handling calls, and ensuring a professional first impression at all times
- Coordinating meeting rooms, boardroom bookings, and office logistics
- Providing research and administrative support to internal teams this includes data capturing, compiling presentations, formatting reports, and conducting information searches
- Drafting correspondence, taking minutes, and managing documentation
- Supporting day-to-day office administration as required
What You Need to Qualify
- Matric plus an additional qualification (administration, office management, or similar)
- 35 years of experience in a front office or administrative role
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Comfortable working with AI tools in a professional environment
