Front Office Professional 

TASK ANS RESPONSABILITIES

  • Front office is the contact point for individual queries regarding to the status of current administrative tasks of defined HR processes (such as employment letters, social security processes, personal file documentation, updated documentation, Medical Insurance, vacation reports and related).

  • The position take ownership for the resolution of those queries ensuring timely, accurate and value add responses.

  • Guarantee an equative attention service for all the different divisions and types of employees (Sales, administrative, product supply plants, research and development sites and Shared Service Center).

  • Support the development, maintenance and improvement of detailed knowledge management of designated processes and interfaces for countries covered (user access for the regional HR Platforms).
