We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Front Office Agent to join the Traders Hotel family. The selected candidate shall be the face of the hotel with a pleasing personality to welcome assist and ensure guest experience are cared for.

What are we looking for

• A warm and friendly personality with smiling and positive demeanour.
• Can-do attitude self-motivated and well-organized
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Customer oriented good communications skills and outgoing personality is advantage
• Excellent command of spoken English other spoken languages such as Arabic Chinese Russian and German is an advantage
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality/customer service.
• Higher Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
• Lives and breathes the Shangri-La values.
