Role Overview
We’re looking for an energetic, solutions-focused administrator who enjoys being the welcoming face of the business. This role suits someone with strong foundational admin skills, excellent customer service, and a proactive attitude who can confidently keep the office running smoothly.
You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal teams, so professionalism, positivity, and a “can-do” mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and friendly front-of-house customer service.
- Manage reception duties including greeting visitors, handling calls, meeting room coordination, and visitor sign-ins.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business, including remote support for regional offices as required.
- Maintain office presentation, kitchen areas, meeting rooms, and supplies.
- Support meetings, events, and general office operations.
