Job Description

Front Desk Support, Residence & Conference Operations

Primary Purpose: The incumbent will provide clerical support within the Residence Services Office and act as the first point of contact with residents, prospective residents, parents, conference guests and staff, providing high level customer service providing quality customer service on evenings, weekends and days as needed to accommodate Residence and Conference Operations.

Nature of Work: Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Residence Operations, the incumbent is expected to assist with the preparation and coordination of Conference and short stay guests accommodations, the Fall student move-in process, booking accommodations, lockout support, along with providing clerical support to the Residence Services team.
