Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Staff role based in Tekit, YUC. The Front Desk Staff is responsible for greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and providing prompt, courteous assistance throughout each guest's stay. Daily tasks include answering and directing phone calls, responding to in-person and online inquiries, scheduling appointments or reservations, and maintaining accurate guest records. The role also involves handling payments, preparing basic reports, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and ensuring the front desk area is organized and welcoming. The Front Desk Staff is expected to uphold Destino Mio's service standards, resolve guest concerns efficiently, and support a positive, inclusive environment for all guests and team members.
