This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Officer role based at one of the branches either in Clifton or Sharae Faisal in Karāchi.
The Front Desk
Officer will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth and professional front office experience. Daily tasks include handling reservations and walk-in inquiries, answering phone calls and emails, and providing accurate information about rooms, rates, and hotel services. The role also involves processing payments, maintaining guest records, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness and guest requests, and addressing guest concerns promptly and courteously.
