Job Description
General Duties:
- Greet and assist patients in both English and Spanish
- Perform patient check-in and check-out duties
- Schedule and confirm appointments accurately
- Answer phone calls and handle front desk inquiries
- Verify patient information and update records
- Assist with bilingual communication for patient needs
- Coordinate with clinical staff for smooth daily workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients
