Job Description
Minimum Education : Graduation / Diploma Travel & Tourism Work Experience : Minimum 2 years Location : Pune/Ahmedabad Job Description : Responsible for handling internal and external calls and transferring them to the desired extension numbers.
Handling EPBAX and maintaining records.
Greeting all walk-ins, visitors and maintaining their records. Receiving vendors bills, maintaining their record.
Ensuring proper housekeeping, cleanliness and hygiene in the center.
Ensuring excellent hospitality to all center walk-ins.
Ensuring entry of all Walk-ins in register and TAB. Minimum 2 years experience as a Front Desk Representative.
Excellent communication skills.
