To address queries and support smooth front office operations.
To manage calendars, meetings, appointments and schedule.
To handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence.
To receive, sort and distribute letters, parcels and documents.
To monitor office supplies, records, expenses and administrative activities.
To coordinate for travel arrangements, schedules and logistics
To manage housekeeping, security, repair and maintenance activities.
To support top management with travel, meetings, conferences and events
To coordinate official vehicle management including drivers, servicing, insurance and maintenance.
