Key Responsibilities 

+ Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression 

+ Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner 

+ Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately 

+ Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members 

+ Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries 

+ Re-engage inactive member...
