We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations at a financial services firm, creating a welcoming experience for guests. This is a Contract position is ideal for someone who brings strong organizational skills and a service-focused approach to the front office. The ideal candidate will help keep the workplace running smoothly by coordinating visitor reception, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining shared spaces with care.
Responsibilities:
β’ Welcome visitors upon arrival, provide a courteous first impression, and offer light hospitality as appropriate.
β’ Inform the appropriate team members when clients, vendors, or guests arrive for meetings or appointments.
