Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations for a private equity environment in Los Angeles, California. This Long-term Contract position is fully onsite, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-moving setting and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for guests and employees alike. The role combines front office management with administrative coordination, making it ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can balance hospitality, organization, and responsiveness.
Responsibilities:
β’ Welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a welcoming presence while serving as the first point of contact for the office.
β’ Manage a multi-line phone system, direct incoming calls accurately, and handle inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
β’ Maintain a clean, orderly, and fully stocked reception area to ensure the front office consistently reflects a high standard of service.
