Job Description

Job Title: Front Desk Clerk  Work Hours  Full-Time (Approx.

  • 35 hours/week)  Monday – Friday  0800 – 1700 (Thursday starts at 1300)  Location  ACS Building 108, Caserma Ederle, Vicenza, Italy  Duties  Greet and assist walk-in and phone customers  Direct customers to appropriate ACS offices or installation agencies  Maintain Client Tracking System (CTS) with daily entries  Record customer details (name, rank, DOB, unit, contact info)  Update and manage ACS calendar and reservations daily  Maintain customer sign-in sheets and service records  Archive CTS and submit monthly reports by the 5th of each month  Ensure professional, confidential, and courteous service at all times  Qualifications  Experience in customer service or administrative support  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Basic computer ...
