Job Description

A Βoutique Ηotel in the centre of Athens is seeking a Front Desk Agent / Receptionist for a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Managing payments (cash, debit, credit cards, room charges)
  • Responding to guest calls, emails, requests, and inquiries
  • Coordinating with Housekeeping regarding room readiness
  • Assisting with back-office tasks during the shift
  • Providing guests with information about the hotel and local attractions
  • Preparing daily reports (arrivals, departures, special requests) and ensuring accuracy
  • Completing cashier and closing procedures in the Property Management system

    • Requirements:

  • Degree in Tourism / Hospitality Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in boutique hotels
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus
