Your tasks

• Handle incoming calls professionally

• Propose suitable offers as add-ons or upsells
• Argue, advise, and close deals with a focus on satisfaction and loyalty
• Meet and exceed qualitative and commercial objectives
• Ensure an excellent customer experience and rigorous follow-up
• No cold calling, clients are already qualified
