We are seeking an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to support a large-scale housing asset management programme on an initial 6-12 month contract basis.

The successful candidate will undertake detailed stock condition surveys across residential properties, assessing building components, identifying defects, and collecting accurate asset data to support planned maintenance and investment programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct stock condition surveys across occupied and void residential properties
Assess the condition and remaining lifespan of building components including:
Kitchens
Bathrooms
Roofs
Windows and doors
Heating systems
External elements
