We are looking for an experienced SAP Warranty Claims Consultant to support our client project with strong expertise in SAP Warranty, SAP SD, SAP CS / Service Management, and claims processing workflows .

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP warranty claims processes

• Analyze business requirements related to warranty & claims

• Configure and enhance SAP warranty-related processes

• Support warranty claim creation, validation, adjudication & settlement

• Work with OEM, dealer, customer, and supplier warranty workflows

• Coordinate with SAP SD, CS, and FI/CO teams for end-to-end delivery

• Support warranty cost recovery, credit memo, and financial postings
