Role Overview:

As part of the Risk Review sub‑team, you’ll play a crucial role in safeguarding our platform and customers by manually reviewing payments and transactions to detect suspicious activity and identify bad actors. You’ll also focus on delivering a positive customer experience, ensuring timely reviews so legitimate customers can continue using their accounts without unnecessary delays.

This role requires the ability to determine when to elevate cases to compliance or collaborate with team members for additional insight, ensuring quick and sound decision‑making.
