The Franchise Lead, Rare Tumours, Germany, reporting to the Head of Commercial, Germany, is responsible for achieving the revenue & profit targets and deliver against growth expectations. The incumbent inspires and motivates the Sales- and Marketing Organization Rare Tumours / NF1 and provides strategic & operational direction and leadership. The Franchise Lead is accountable for implementing a collaborative culture and driving cross-functional partnership across Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Excellence, Market Access and other cross-functional partners. In collaboration with the International Rare Tumours / NF1 Teams and relevant stakeholders (i.e. Marketing / Commercial Operations / Market Access), the incumbent leads the analysis of the current business and drives interpretation of insights to design, implement, monitor and adjust the commercial strategy and tactics.
