- Manage the financial reporting of multiple franchise units
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with franchise agreements
- Analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability of each franchise
- Coordinate audits and ensure accurate documentation
- Monitor franchisee payments, royalties, and billing
- Implement accounting controls and improve processes where necessary
- Work closely with the operations and finance teams
- Provide financial guidance and support to franchise owners
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a franchise or multi-unit business environment
