Staffmax Staffing is currently hiring an Experienced Framer for a reputable custom home builder in Winnipeg. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in precision, efficiency, and high-quality craftsmanship on residential builds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Frame residential homes including walls, floors, roofs, stairs, and structural components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Ensure work is plumb, level, and square throughout all stages
  • Install sheathing, beams, headers, and structural supports
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades
  • Identify and correct framing issues before they progress
