Overview

The FP&A Senior Manager – GCC will lead forecasting, performance management, and strategic analysis of service delivery as well as infrastructure-related costs for the Manila and Chengdu GCC hubs. This role provides essential visibility into cost drivers, identifies risks and opportunities, partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and drives standardization of GCC hub reporting and forecasting processes. The position requires strong financial acumen, analytical rigor, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to senior leadership.

What you will be responsible for:

Financial Forecasting & Performance Management

Lead the forecasting of all service delivery and infrastructure-related costs for the Manila and Chengdu hubs, including Facilities, Software, FX impact, and other major cost categories.
