Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and forecasting processes.

  • Consolidate and analyse business performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.

  • Prepare reporting for EXCO, Board, EBM, and Corporate stakeholders.

  • Manage Regulatory Accounting System (RAS) and NERSA submissions, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

  • Drive cost-saving initiatives, cash preservation, and value creation across SG&A and Capex.

  • Deliver commercial analysis, KPI reporting, variance analysis, and business performance insights.

  • Support SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) enhancements and financial reporting system improvements.

  • Develop dashboards, management reports, and presentations for executive decision-making.

  • Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.

    • Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification.
