Job Description

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company. As part of its continuous growth, our client is seeking a highly qualified professional to take on the role of FP&A Manager. The position is based in South Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Description

  • Act as finance business partner to Sales & Marketing; analyze profitability, GTN, and pricing across channels.
  • Provide financial modeling for new product launches, market expansion, licensing, and CAPEX.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain/R&D to manage inventory risk and optimize working capital.
  • Lead Annual Budget, 5-Year Plan, and Rolling Forecast cycles.
  • Drive predictive forecasting and scenario analysis (FX, raw materials, regulatory impact).
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and deliver clear financial insights to stakeholders.
