Overview

Reporting to the VP Finance - One Dragon Services, the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will be a detail-oriented and analytical member of a dynamic and growing team. The FP&A Analyst will drive financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and provide insights through forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders. A solid understanding of GAAP, strong financial analysis capabilities, and experience within the Financial Services Industry are preferred. Prior experience in private equity or investment space is advantageous.
