We are looking for our first engineering hire to build a product that transforms how construction companies operate. This role involves not only coding but also architectural decision-making, customer interaction, and shaping Scait's technical culture. We work in a forward‑deployed model, staying close to customers to deliver solutions that work in real construction workflows.

Salary

CHF 105'000 - 125'000 per year

Requirements

• Strong frontend expertise: Build production‑ready UIs in React and Next.js (TypeScript).
• Product and UX intuition: Think in user flows, not just components; convey complex data clearly.
• Component architecture: Experience with design systems, composable components, state management (e.g. TanStack Query, Zustand, React Hook Form)....
