Job Description
Role Overview
As one of the first commercial hires dedicated to Spain, you will play a key role in establishing Inpulse’s presence, winning strategic customers, and building the foundations for long‑term success in the market. The position will be based in Madrid (full remote possible) and will work closely with the Inpulse and MAPAL teams on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Sales
- Manage the full sales cycle (2–3 months, average basket size €30K ARR) from initial prospecting to contract signing.
- Develop and execute a targeted prospecting strategy, using personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate and qualify leads.
- Create tailored sales strategies based on each client’s needs, using action plans and structured pitches.
- Choose an appropriate approach (Bottom‑Up or Top‑Down) depending on the scenario, and oversee deployment across the network once a deal is signed with the headquarters.
