This role sits in the founder's office. It's the closest seat to how the company actually gets built.

What's the job about?

• You own one outcome: the quality of every person who joins Aydus. You find them, you judge them, and nobody reaches Eashan until you've decided they're worth his time.
• This is a hunting and judgment job. You build the target list, write the outreach, run the first screen, and make the pass or kill call yourself.
• You own the pipeline end to end. Day one you're doing all of it yourself, building the tracker, sourcing the names, running the screens. No team to delegat...
