Devereux Florida Health provides services for children and families in the child welfare system, to ensure a community without abuse, neglect and abandonment so all children grow to their full potential. Based out of Sarasota, FL and providing coverage to Sarasota, DeSoto, and Manatee counties., the Case Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing services to support individuals in the Sarasota Pilot Program with a primary focus on ensuring safety, stability, and assisting towards permanency.
