FOSTER CARE CASE MANAGER - SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN AREA
Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related human service field ? Are you passionate about working with children and families?
We are seeking a full‑time Foster Care Case Manager to join our Detroit offices, providing case management and support services to children and families involved in the Michigan Foster Care System as client needs dictate.
In this role, you will work directly with foster children, birth families, foster parents, and community partners to ensure safety, permanency, and well‑being. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.
