**Job Title:** **Forklift Operator**

**Job Overview**

+ Training will be conducted at Burlington’s main site before assignment to a nearby offsite warehouse
+ Role involves picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment
+ Work includes operating forklifts and updating inventory systems

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Pick and pack products from warehouse inventory
+ Load products into trailers for delivery
+ Update bin movements using computer systems (SAP/RF scanners)
+ Operate equipment such as:
+ Reach trucks
+ Electric pallet jacks
+ Clamp trucks
+ Maintain accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment
+ Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

**Required Skills**

+ Experience in picking and packing operations
+ Strong forklift operation experience
+ Knowledge of pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
